Academics

Joining a sorority in college is a life-changing experience, but garnering an education is the top priority for Kappa. This is why each chapter is expected to maintain academic standards equal to or higher than their university’s or college’s all-sorority GPA. Additionally, each chapter establishes a GPA requirement for active members. 

If a Kappa struggles academically, we help her through it. The Academic Excellence Team meets with her to craft an improvement plan using study tactics and time management. We want each sister to leave college with what they came for: a degree.

Academic achievement is a priority at Delta Rho. Our members are driven, focused, and committed to excelling in the classroom while balancing involvement across campus and in the community.

We offer structured support to help each member succeed—whether that’s through organized study sessions, academic mentoring, or access to campus resources. Our chapter also recognizes and celebrates members who demonstrate strong performance and improvement throughout the semester.

In Spring 2025, Delta Rho maintained a chapter GPA of 3.31, a reflection of our members’ dedication to academic success. Our members pursue a wide range of academic and professional paths all connected by a shared commitment to personal growth and academic excellence.
